Super duper Cookies

Here is one of my own creations.  Using my wonderful eggs.  All the ingredients in this recipe are organic.  The baking powder and soda are aluminum free.  You can use any kind of nuts that you like in this recipe, add less dried fruit it’s up to you. I hope you enjoy making these cookies and eating them too.

1/4 cup of chopped dates, 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds, 1 cup coconut unsweetened, 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, 1/4 cup almonds coarsely chopped, 2 cups rolled oats, 2 cups sprouted spelt flour,1 tsp Baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 4 eggs, 1 cup of organic cane sugar, 1 stick of unsalted butter.  You can use other types of sweetener like maple syrup, agave, honey, brown sugar or rice syrup same amount.

Cream the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and mix.  Then add the dry ingredients along with all the nuts and fruit.  shape cookies into balls and flatten with your hand.  If dough is sticky wet your hands.  Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until done.
