Eating grass

Well the geese have been able to finally find the grass.  It’s been covered with snow for months now.  For three days they have munched away on the matted down greens that will eventually be our grass in the spring.  It is so important for geese and chickens to eat the fresh green grass.  All the nutrients from the grass get into the yolks of their eggs and then into us when we eat the eggs.
