Coconut Rice

2 cups of cooked white jasmati rice, 1 onion diced, 1/2 cup of coconut oil, 1 cup of shredded coconut, salt to taste, 1 cup of raw milk with cream on top.

sautéed one onion in the coconut oil then added coconut and let it lightly brown, then added the cooked rice, salt to taste and 1 cup of the creamy part of the milk.  Mixed it all up and served it on the side with Chile.   My kids loved it.
