A Jar of Seeds

What is growing in the jar?  Well, let’s see… We will start with a little organic seed and see where it takes us.  Organics, it is starting to become a very familiar word.  It’s actually starting to catch on.  This is a good thing.  More and more people are starting to eat organic.  A good way to start eating organically is to get a share of vegetables from a reputable organic farmer or grow your own vegetables.  I love growing my own vegetables.  It is so exciting to plant the seed and watch it grow.  One of my favorites seeds to grow is string beans.  Plant the bean and then a steam starts to grow out of the bean and then leaves appear and then a long vine starts to spiral and catch onto the first thing that is close to it.  It climbs the trellis or fence.  Out pop the tiny white, yellow or purple flowers within days you then start to see tiny string beans.  In less than a week later the string beans are ready to pick.  They are one of my favorite vegetables to eat.  What else is in the jar?  Definitely more organic seeds.
