Pesto String Beans with New Potatoes

1 bunch of fresh basil

1 bunch of parsley

2 cloves of garlic

olive oil

1 lb of string beans

6 small red potatoes

1 cup walnuts optional

boil potatoes until fork tender.  Steam strings until tender.  In a sauté pan sauté a little olive oil chop up garlic and add to the oil. Saute until lightly golden.  Chop up basil and parsley in food processor set aside.  To the oil slice your potatoes and add to the oil sauté them until they begin to brown a little, flip and brown on other side then add the string beans stir them around in the pan.  Add the chopped basil and parsley, chop some walnuts and add them at this time if you’d like. Add salt and pepper to taste.  Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.  Shut off the flame under pan.  Serve  and enjoy.
